4WD SALON 2008.
The Event is being held under continuous support of Association of European Businesses in the Russian Federation.
4WD SALON has unique format for Russia. Annually exhibition gathers most of 4-wheel drive vehicle manufacturers, represented at the Russian market, suppliers and retailers of specialized spare parts and accessories.
A demand on all-wheel drive cars in Russia is traditionally high and that is caused by many factors. The choice of 4x4 car does not mean that the owner of the car will drive it in off-road conditions. It’s rather one more degree of freedom. A phenomenon of success of all-wheel drive vehicles is not only in their high passability, though that is important in Russian conditions, too, but also in sense of safety and confidence while driving.
4WD SALON – is the only specialized automobile exhibition in Russia, where each interested person has an opportunity to see the whole model range of 4WD vehicles, to receive advice of an expert, to learn about new models, as well as to test cars during Test Drive in real off-road conditions, and to decide between this or that model.
In 2008
4WD SALON will be held for the 5th time. Since the first edition, exhibition has proved its efficiency for development of all-wheel drive sector of Russian automobile market. And the 2008 event promises to be the biggest and best yet.
Every year Russian premiers of World automotive industry are represented at
4WD SALON. Nissan Murano, Nissan Navara, Volkswagen Touareg Expedition, Volkswagen Passat Variant, Derways 313120, Hummer H3, Hyundai Santa Fe, Audi Q7, Opel Antara and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX have been presented for the first time in Russia during the exhibition.
An advantage of 4WD SALON consists in Test Drive, which annually to take place at special off-road tracks. “Four-Wheel Drive Salon” has become the first exhibition project in Russia, which offered an opportunity of testing 4-wheel-drive cars and SUVs to visitors. The format of event is defined after attentive learning of participant’s requirements to this part of the exhibition program. That is why Test Drive at
4WD SALON corresponds best to the interests and expectations both participants’ and visitors’.
DATES
The exhibition to take place in April, 24-27, 2008 and traditionally opens the exhibition year in Russian automobile industry.
